When you visit the site, the hosting provider's server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to protect it against misuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The fonts are hosted on the same server; no connection to Google is made for them.

This site does not set any cookies. If you confirm the privacy notice at the bottom of the screen, your browser remembers this in the local storage (localStorage) of your device so that the notice does not appear again every time. This entry is not transmitted; you can delete it in your browser settings.

To see which pages are read and where visits come from, page views are counted without cookies and without a user profile: the page visited, the referring page and, where applicable, campaign parameters from the address are transmitted; the approximate country or city is derived on the server. If you have enabled «Do Not Track» in your browser, nothing is counted (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

If you send a request via the form on the booking page, your details (name, email, phone if you wish, your concern as well as details on the event, date, place, venue, promoter and your message) are passed to Ras Perez via the form service of the website provider. They are used only to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The same applies if you write an email or call.

The site links to epubli (the books) and to a search on YouTube. These services are not embedded: only when you click a link do you leave this site, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to perriras@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
